Paytm denied refunding for denied boarding by the bus operator

Dear Sir,
My name is Shiv Singh. I have booked 3 tickets from Manali to Delhi of bus operator Shan e Himachal using online portal paytm.com. My date of journey was 09.05.2016, Paytm ticket ID: OIQ4RC and Ticket PNR: 18178.
Due to some reasons I changed the boarding point from Manali to Bhuntar and informed the bus operator over phone in advance (recorded in my mobile phone) that I will board the bus from Bhuntar (Bhuntar is on the way from Manali to Delhi) and the operator also agreed and provided me the bus No. 1150 to board.
Thereafter I waited for bus at Bhuntar and when the said bus reached Bhuntar the conductor did not allow us to board the bus and said all the seats are full and you have to board the next bus No. 3489 which is about to reach here.
Thereafter I called the bus operator again and he said that there is no bus now coming from Manali to Delhi. Thereafter I requested the bus operator to arrange some other conveyance but he denied.
I called him many times to arrange some other conveyance but every time he denied and blamed me that why did you changed the boarding point.
Thereafter I waited for some another bus but there was not any bus to Delhi from there.
At last helplessly I arranged a hotel for the night and stayed there and arranged the bus ticket for the next day and returned to Delhi.
Now I am following up with the paytm team (Parent ticket no. 02020249) for refunding the amount and other charges paid by me due to denied boarding to us by his bus operator. The paytm team is denying to refund any amount saying that you did not reach the boarding point so we can not refund and sometimes saying that you have travelled in the booked bus without any issues so we can not initiate the refund in the case.
Even after providing the recording of conversation held between me and bus operator to board the bus, another recording in which operator denied to arrange alternate conveyance and bus ticket of next day on which I have travelled, the paytm team has denied refundING.
Please help me.
