I have done a transaction on 28 june 2019 through icici upi payment .my amount deducted twice for one order that is 4477.20 amount deducted two time for single order ...i mailed both of them ajio.com and icici bank but both of them denie for that

You will have to contact Ajio Customer help-line, number 09861-50-8416. the bank to reverse the transferred amount.
They will contact the unintended beneficiary. The bank acts as a facilitator.
You will need to provide the bank details to prove that you transferred the fund to the wrong person.
Once all the information is verified, the reversal process will begin.
It may take 7 working days for the amount to be reflected in your account.
