worst after sales service

Dear sir,
I have bought a samsung galaxy mobile phone A51 on16th of june 2020 at installment. I had got an accident on 4th of september 2020 when i was returung home to my office, and unfortunately my mobile phone's display was broken at that time. I have get this mobile phone repaired from samsung authorised service center(B2X preet vihar) after ihave been recovered from accidental injuries. They given me adiscount of 50%. i have paid 3240rs to them and get this mobile repair.
Because I didn't want my warranty to be void, I have repaired my mobile phone from their service center.
i have received this phone and checked but its mike was not working, i have discussed with Mr Chintu who is available there, he said it will be automatically ok after some days. The problem was not resolved after 1month, but i couldn't go to service center because of my busy shedule. now when my throat was infected, i wrote a mail and describe all problems.
the executive calls me and discuss with me.
i told him every problem that was coming in my mobile phone.
i have ask for a standby mobile phone and the executive has assured me for that. when i was visited their service center and submit my mobile. They denied for a standby and asking for charges and saying that the problem is coming due to tempre and improper use by me.
i have drop many mails but no solution found from their side.
please get me rid of this.
