SIR,
I, RAM CHANDRA PASWAN, S/O SUKHLAL PASWAN, VILLAGE-SARAI DHANESH, PO-SAHADAI BUZURG, VAISHALI (BIHAR), MAINTAINING A MONTHLY DEPOSIT ACCOUNT IN SAHARA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED AT DESARI BRANCH OF VAISHALI (BIHAR) W.E.F. 22 JULY 2013 FOR A TENURE OF 60 MONTHS OF ACCOUNT NO. 13044801380 MEMBER SHIP NO. 13041103652 IN REGULAR BASIS.

WHEREAS THE 60 EQUAL MONTH HAVE BEEN COMPLETED IN THE MONTH OF JUNE' 2018. THUS, THE MATURITY HAVE AUTOMATICALLY COMPLETED ON COMPLETION OF TENURE I.E. ACCORDING TO THE RULE OF SAHARA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED.

ON 31 AUG' 2018 I WENT TO THE SAHARA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED BRANCH (DESARI) FOR WITHDRAWAL OF MY MONEY WITH MATURITY, BUT THE MANAGER OF AFORESAID BRANCH HAVE TOLD ME 100% AMOUNT WILL NOT BE DRAWAN, HOWEVER 40% AMOUNT WILL BE DRAWN AND 60% AMOUNT WILL BE DEPOSITED IN OUR BANK. THEN, I ASKED TO HIM SAME GIVE ME IN WRITING. THEREAFTER HE ANGRILY TOLD ME THAT 'YESSA KOI RULE NAHI HAI, OR AGAR MAI APKO PAISA NAHI DUNGA TO AAP KYA KAROGE, APKO JAHA COMPLAIN KARNA HAI KARO'.

SIR, AS ACCORDING TO MY PLAN, I HAVE TAKEN LOAN FROM MY RELATIVE DUE TO MY SOME DOMESTIC REASONS AND THE AMOUNT IS REQUIRED TO BE PAID AS PROMISSED BY ME. BUT THIS TIME BANK IS NOT GIVING MY MATURED AMOUNT, HENCE, I FACING DEFICULTIES TO PAY LOAN AMOUNT TO MY RELATIVE.

IN VIEW OF ABOVE MY PROBLEM MAY KINDLY BE SOLVED SHORTLY PLEASE.
