Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to file a formal consumer complaint regarding a transaction on the online platform Netbond.in
On May 3rd, 2026, I purchased TradingView Premium for ₹1,000 through the Netbond.in platform. The listing clearly stated that I would be granted access to the seller’s own TradingView account via their email ID. However, after payment, The seller told me that he will be providing separate login credentials instead of the promised access to the seller’s account.
This is not the service as described and amounts to misrepresentation and deficiency in service, as the delivered product differs materially from what was advertised. I also have concerns about the legitimacy and compliance of the TradingView account being shared or resold, which may violate TradingView’s Terms of Service.
I request the following:
A full refund of ₹1,000 for this transaction.
A clear explanation from the seller / platform about the nature of the account being provided.
Appropriate action under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020, as the product/service is misleading and not delivered as promised.
