महोदय, मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से ऑनलाइन पिजन (Pigeon) इंडक्शन कुकर सितम्बर 2022 में लिया था। जो पाँच साल के वारण्टी में था। जो खराब हो गया है । मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से सम्पर्क किया तो वह कंपनी से सम्पर्क करने के लिए कहा । जून 2023 से लेकर आज तक मैं कंपनी में कई बार शिकायत कर चुका हूँ परन्तु अभी तक समाधान नहीं हुआ। ग्राहक की समस्या को देखते हुए शीघ्र ही समाधान करवाने की कृपा करें।
