Inappropriate behaviour of the staff to clear the traffic from fast tag scanning

It's so ridiculous to know that NHAI (HATTARGI TOLL) staff don't know how to talk to public when asked to clear the traffic..

For the vehicles there is no fast tag they don't even bother to be at toll booth and collect the money, no one is in the booth and the traffic gets jammed when asked to clear the traffic the staff has no decency left.

I request NHAI to take action against this, else I would make sure to sue.
