Refusal for repair Sukam inverter under warranty.

My name is Naresh Kumar Gautam. I purchased an inverter(make-Su-Kam)(model-Shark 900/12v) from Mawasi Lal Jain on 11 April 2018 with 2 years warranty. Now this inverter is faulty since 17 December 2019. When the dealer was contacted for rectification of fault, he told that Su-Kam company has shut down and I will get repair the inverter on payment. This is a clear case of cheating. I wish that a strict action may be initiated against the dealer and compensation of repair charges to be paid.
