HTC Desire 728, have faced trouble with my handset mentioned below

From day 1 of purchase date :- 15/01/2017. I have faced trouble with my handset mentioned below.
1. Phone is getting heated .
2. Auto rotation problem.
3. All contact numbers are showing as unknown, although saved in sim card.
4.Brightness problem.
i have already got the phone checked with service center, and they have informed me to lodge the complain in customer Care.
Request you to please replace with new handset,as it is in warranty period.
