I have given them a request for aquaguard RO service on 20 Aug, they told it can be done within 2 days, but no service engineer visited yet. I continously calling the helpline number but they show a very irresponsible behaviour towards their customer. they are not servicing, free service which are given to us while purchasing the RO it is valid till oct 2018. I purchase this Eureka Forbes product from Army CSD canteen from suratgarh .
