Why jio network is getting so messy day by day.
No any incoming calls come immediately to our location.
Rather his missed call alert is also available within 1 hour.
My request to Jio team is that if you can not solve this problem,
then do not bother to give useless suggestions.
Now, jio is not raising Service requests.
They simply say
“We already working on it.
However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really going on.
Jio is just a bad network especially in rural areas as they don't want to invest there.

I have install jio fiber at my home. Wifi is not working since 4 to 5 days. I have done multiple complaint. But they do not think to responce their customer.
Their company engineer manipulation with system. They are thinking customer are fool. They are offering offer not service

I am facing major network issue in Thane Khopat area, since last 8-10 days, I am not able to connect any calls in side my house and also my internet speed is terrible. We have complaint multiple times but they say we are working on it.
It is very difficult situation any we cannot connect to anyone .
My previous SR no- SR00001SEDC8 - This was closed without any solution.
