VODAFONE BILLDESK CHARGED TWICE AND NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT BACK...

Sri/Madam,

This is regarding the transaction amount of Rs. 248/- against internet pack recharged with Vodafone billdesk bearing mobile no.9381815519. But i was charged twice and the total amount debited from my HDFC card was Rs. 496/-.
I received the SMS from my bank of the same and received SMS from vodafone billdesk stating Rs.248/- had been recharged. When i called the Vodafone Customer care no they said it has been recharged twice and i received the same pack twice but the validity will be for just 28 days nd they cant refund the amount of Rs.248/-. Even though i had recharged for Rs.248/- unlimited pack with 28 days validity they are not willing to repay back the balance amount of Rs.248/-.
They are SCUKING my hard earned money.I had also sent them a mail to refund the amount but not yet received any reply from them.
Kindly find the mail details sent to them below and help me to get back the amount of Rs.248/- as they had unnecessarly SUCKED my haard earn money for no reason.

The issue was raised on 3rd march 2016 by calling your customer care no and i was assured that the issue will be solved with in a week. But when i check my account and called the customer care no i was said that i need to fill the form and send it through mail.
Anyhow had wasted nearly amont time and request you to kindly find the attachment and do the needful.
