I was booked 5sheets Delhi to Jammu ,my PNR no.is 2812520406 in Train no.04409 in 3rd A/C.Due to Railway issue Iam travel in sleeper class.In journey TTE issue to me GC for refund.But at Jammu railway station not paid the refund money.
