Went to book a ticket and was charged Rs 200 unnecessarily without our consent.
When asked for refund, it was said that the food charges are mandatory if the tickets are booked through counter.
How is this a mandatory charge? What if I don't want to eat anything and just enjoy the movie? Please make the refund ASAP and hire people in the counter who has basic courtesy and knowledge.
