Sir,
On dated.05.07.2017 booked an article ED351302808 from surajmal vihar so, delhi to panipat (haryana).article reached at panipat h.o. on dated.07.07.2017 but without any intimation the same has been resend to booking station surajmal vihar s.o. on the same day and till today the status shows the same.I also booked an complaint (10007743521)on site dated.21.07.2017 also the status and complaint copy is attached.
Please resolve the matter and provide the article on priority basis because of urgent need of the article.
