Hi!! 16 e-mails has been written to airtel.They have not presented my cheque in bank which I gave before installation on 7/12/2016 installation done on 9/12/2016. In jan 2017 1st week I get phone from collection dept that amt due is so and so I was stunned as I gave a cheque of 3100 in advance. Then i went in bank and found that cheque was not debited. Reminded them several times that cheque is not debited.They said that not traceable. I forced them to give my cheque back...several times talked with appellate authority the assured to do so till date not recd cheque. Now I get calls that penalty charged is so and so....The connection is in name of my father 91 years old i am a professional being harressed like this by airtel. i told them to give my cheque back, give me full detailed bill and i pay cash. no reply no interaction nearly 2 months passed. CAN YOU HELP ME ????? ITS URGENT THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY OUTGOING CALLS FOR NO FAULT OF MINE?? WHAT TYPE OF CSR AND HR POLICES DO THEY HAVE?????
