Missing package, We had booked Agarwal Packers and movers to shift our household belongings from Goa

We had booked Agarwal Packers and movers to shift our household belongings from Goa to Mumbai on 2 May 2018. GC No. 4550393. There were 14 packages. However on delivery at Mumbai we received only 13 packages. A package containing 4 of my paintings was not delivered.When asked the Mumbai office said that it has not come from Goa. Whereas Goa office insisted that it has been sent to Mumbai and I should check with them. Repeated calls to both the offices did not help. Calls to hyderabad office also did not help. I wrote emails to th customer care which did not respond. During one of the calls I was given the email ID of Reddy Saheb and mailed my issue to him repeatedly but so far have not received any information regarding my package. It seems that Agarwal packers and Movers do not even care about the missing package but for me it is a very important as it contains some of my paintings collected over the years.
