Dear Urban clap,
I had booked Safe Packers and Movers for my household stuff move from Dwarka to Lucknow on 26th Sep. After loading the 80% amount was paid to the packers, represented by Mr Pratap Singh (mob 9811346055). However after 3 hours on the outskirts of Delhi the driver called up to say that he cannot take the truck as his payment is not made by the packers. He took our person sitting in the truck at random and asked for additional 16, 000/- rupees.
The packer representative Mr Pratap refused to answer any call from us from past one hour and since then has been absconding.
I request Urban clap to take strict action against such practitioners and impose heavy fine on them.For a 31, 000/- bill we are now paying 16, 000/-
I want my money which is paid over and above the bill value to be refunded to me.asap.
I am shocked and traumatised the way such Packers ethics and how Urban Clap can continue to let it's nsme associated with them. I will be attaching scanned copies of the bill once my truck reaches Lucknow tomorrow.
Please take appropriate actions against this Packer and refund me my additional amount at the earliest.
