Dear Sir/Madam,
I am facing operational problems from last 2 weeks(Touch screen not functioning properly since other keys getting activated without touching the screen) to operate my handset .
Already contacted over E-mail to Lenovo as well HCL , But no positive feedback for replacement of Handset under warranty policy since it is hardware problem.
Kindly take up this issue since done follow ups with Lenovo and HCL (Around 50 EMAILS) .
I am looking to Jago Grahak Jago as Helping Hand to teach Lesson to such Big Organizations.
