Delay in repair and no information of delivery

I have submitted my mobile phone to authorized service center of motorola at Communication Solution
F-26/4, Ground Floor, Okhla Phase 2, Adjoining yamaha, New Delhi-110020 vide Work order no OKL/MG/16/00558 dated 19/07/16 (copy attached) for repair under warranty and delivery as per WO is 09/08/16. But till date my phone is not repaired and no information providing me about my mobile repair. I continuously follow up with Motorola service center no. 1-800-102-2344 and they informed me on 2nd Aug'16 that two parts i.e. touch screen with its accessories has been arrived at Communication Solution (Motorola service center) and it will take 2 more days time for repair and the same i also confirmed from Communication Solution, Phone no +91-11-41084042 (Motorola service center) on the same day and they also confirm that parts had arrived and it will be ready by 4th Aug'16.

But finally Communication Solution (Motorola service center) has informed me that my phone is ready on 9th Aug'16. After my visit to Communication Solution (Motorola service center) for collection then the problem still persists and they ask for wait, so that, they can rectify but after 2 hour they informed me that the parts are not received that's why phone is not repaired and they return me back without giving any expected date. I have asked to provide me any stand by mobile so that my business and day today activities will not hamper further but they refused it. The Communication Solution (Motorola service center) is cheating peoples.

Further, I had live assistance with motorola team on chat then they also not providing me any information and told me that you will receive call from our team to resolve my issue but i tried to inform that i already talked to them, they are also not helping me then they disconnected the chat (copy of chat attached).

Its already 25 days gone for minor problem i.e. bottom three buttons are not working i.e. triangular, circular & square shape keys.
I have face lots of difficulties in day today activities & also financial loss due to non-availability of mobile phone.
