Defective mobile, still lying at service center from last 15 days.

Issue: Microphone does not work when loudspeaker is turned on.
Summary: I got mobile via snapdeal on 23rd of March 2016. Few days after I came to know that microphone does not work when loudspeaker is turned on. I submitted the mobile phone at Infocus Jaipur service center on 5th April 2016 and till date they are saying wait for 5-7 days as part is not available. I am without mobile for last 16 days
I do not want this mobile. Either it should be replaced by new handset or Infocus should return my whole money.
