Dear Sir,
My name is Shivam Kankhara Residing in Jamnagar Gujarat I bought Micromax e451 white phone on 26-7-2016 from AUM SHREE SAIRAM ENTERPRISE for which imei number is 911455601075827.
Now on 2-08-2016 10 pm i got a fault in charging it. It was not being charged i have tried many times so next day on 3-08-16. i went to service centre DIYA Communication Jamnagar Contact Number-9099413136 so he took my phone for reparing and told me that he cannot replace me the phone as 7 day replacment period is over,I told no problem please repair my device as soon as possible so he took the phone and gave me job sheet for which job sheet number is W010415-0816-24740344.He told me that it will take 7 days max but than next day i tracked my phone online it was showing me 15 days so i had a word with dealer and he told me there is one other service centre in jamnagar Kishan Sales and services he will make it faster so next day i went to Diya communication asking him to return my phone as i cannot wait for 15 days for brand new phone which i bought just before 8 days so he told me that he will give it to me in 7 days n than when i tracked online it was showing me 7 days so i was like ok fine no problem and i waited for 6 days tracking it everyday online till 5th day it was showing 7 days and on 6th day from 3-8-16 it was changed to 10 days so than called customer care and they told me that it will take 10 days checking it online now today its 16-08-16 it is 13th day and i havent got my phone yet and they are telling me to wait 10 more days as there is no spare part available in company as this is new phone launched by company. now my concern is as a customer i have spent my money on buying micromax phone currently i am not having any smart phone with me neither i am having more money to buy new smart phone from so many days i am without smart phone and so many work related to it are pending as i have to take photos send it to clients throught whatss n sendng emails and so on currently i am sending this email from my friends computer so i hope u can feel the problems what i am facing just because of this worst service of yours i hope something will be done to solve my problem within 24 hours as i already waited for 10 days even than i am not getting my phone its really worst thing which can be done with customer other thing is if company is not having any spare part of that phone its not my problem its ur part of service n u need to solve this thing.
