I travelled on May 31 2016 Through Jet Airways (9W 549) from Abu Dhabi , My baggage was mishandled and was given the possession of the same after 2 days with Lock broken / tampered .
After Intimating the concern with Jet Airways Baggage Service unit and a Complaint registered, till now I did not receive any response in resolution of the same.

Kindly request to take action appropriately of the Jet airways Baggage service unit staff who are taking Customers for granted and no minimum courtesy or customer service standards to respond or resolve complaints.
