YUPHORIA PHONE GOT SOUND PROBLEM

Hello,
I had bought YUPHORA 5010A Before 6 Months and not in 2-3 months i got sound problem.I can not hear Ringtone in the phone nor And Songs i can listen.Waste of 8000/- on this phone.
I can search customer service center online on YUPHORIA website but that is wrong information.
Now what should i do ?
