Repeated Billing Errors complain against Reliance GSM Mobile

Time and again Reliance GSM Mobile is having errors in my billing. (9867355558)
On the billing cycle their system generates Huge bill and the restricts my outgoing. there is no proper intimation of the same.
When I contacted their customer care they just say as the bill amount has crossed the limit the call is bared. When ask for bill breakup as earlier too they have overcharged. They don't have any details of the bill and ask me to wait for 72 hours. Till then my calls cannot be activated.
Alternatively they demanded me to pay the extra billed amount so that then can start the service. This is cheating. They want to acquire additional funds which they will adjust in next bill. (interest free money)
this is not once but has happened earlier and then they corrected the billing.
So would request you to kindly intervene and get this timely nuisance stopped

    Every Month the same story. All calls bared and service is not functional. Have raised several complaints but all unheard.

    9867355558 is my RelianceGSM mobile no. and i use this no. for my work. All my clients only have this no.

    My Plan is MaxValue1499 which offers Unltd local,std Calls & sms,5gb 3G data & post 5gb Ultd data reduced speed.

    My bill should be Rs1725per/mth.

    Since 3 months there is regular billing issues. I get wrongly charged for data & my services get disconnected stating high usage & when contact the Customer Service(C.S.)they say bill will generate in after 3days.
    After several complaints they get wrong amt reversed & activate my service.

    This month my service was deactivated on 24/07/16 even when I had approx. Rs700 credit in my A/C. I contacted C.S. & was advised the same story & was advised that in 2days service will activate.

    Since then several complaints made with C.S. who has just given time for activation(3hrs,6hrs,1day,etc)

    Fed up with these ongoing issues I raised compliant with Appellate Office(A.O.) on 26/07/16. I was advised in couple of hrs service will be activated. They also asked me to visit Reliance Store to activate service; however store manager mentioned he can’t do anything & asked to contact A.O. The visit to store was purely waste of time,money & efforts. I called A.O. again & was advised that billing reversal is processed & service should start in few hrs, I was also advised to pay advance on my A/C. My bill amt is Rs.1723 I had credit of Rs700 from past month. In spite of that I made extra payment of Rs1900 However to my surprise the services did not start so had to call them again & was advised to wait for 48/72hrs. I have caled A.O. several times but I am getting same revert everytime(you complaint is forwarded to concern department,wait 6hrs/48hrs). Its been more than 9days today i.e. from 24/07/16 to 02/0816 since my services are not functional & I am missing many important calls & business from valuable clients.
    This issue is causing me a lot of mental harassment & embarrassment.

    I demand proper solution for this ongoing issue & also need compensation for loss of business during the ongoing issue period.
