Respected sir i have already submitted my mobile to samsung service centre in dhanbad mobile care for problem ragarding my mobile is restart after opening play store and error message appeared on screen validation failed mobile need to factory restore for atleat 6 time they have updated mobile software but still i face the peoblem mobile automatically switch off after using for 4 hour again i visit service centre on 23 april 2018 but still i facing the peoblem i have already capture the screen of the problem from other phone i have already call samsung cust care for atleast 100 time but no resolution provided i have already visit service centre 3 time but no problem solved i am really disappointed with the service provided by samsung mobile company about my headset samsung galaxy j7 prime purchase date 27 may 2017
