Porting of my mobile no. from postpaid to prepaid

i have tried many times to submit documents to the airtel store but they denied every time by telling me different reasons like there is no sim card of this no. type, time is over that day, proof of identity etc. etc.
After that i stopped submitting bills of airtel and now the co. representative calls to my relative and friends to submit my bills and contact them with threatining them to be punished.

I want them to contact me directly and settle my issue and harassment i faced by their ignorance behaviour towards my suffer of changing my no. in every organisation.
