Phone under warranty,faulty speaker,service provider complaint

Hi,I got a brand new phone (Moto E 2) from flipkart on 7/05/2015.Few months down the line speaker started giving trouble,I assumed it to be network issue and ignored it.Finally I gave it for service at authorized Motorola service provider in thane named Ccom telecommunication, Thane on 12/02/2015.They returned phone after a lot of follow ups 40 days later.
The problem still persists and I had to submit the phone again last week.
They now claim the sim slots are malfunctioning which was not told to me before and they are charging me for the same.
The phone still being in warranty I am not liable to pay and hence denied to pay.
They haven't called me or replied to my mail since.
Kindly let me know the course of action I should take on the same
