1. Samsung mobile Galaxy S-III Neo(model 19300I) not booting/hanging in full booting. For repairing, service centre Berhampur denied while the same having same problem repaired twice at Samsung Service Centre Lakhisarai(Bihar). Is it correct.
2. If it is not correct, service centre may advicesed to attend and the same get repaired.
