My bsnl prepaid sim is down since last 10 days

I had purchased bsnl prepaid sim from bsnl exchange Sopore-193201 in 2009 while submitting all the required documents and the same was working fine till last month. But then they stopped my outgoing and I had to resubmit my documents again and it started working again for few days then again on 5th June 16 they barred both my incoming and outgoing and the visited many times the exchange but nothing is done. I had recharges with ₹56,₹33,₹86 but now all in vain. It also made me quite awkward in my friends.
