DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM AIRTEL, CUSTOMER CARE ALSO NOT PROVIDING UPDATING

I recharged my airtel no. 9799592380 with Rs. 300. On 19 july, my whole balance was deducted from 300 to 0. Airtel Customer care says it's because of data usage. However, I didn't use any data. I have Nokia Asha 200 mobile phone that doesn't automatically start surfing or updating. It may be some technical error from Airtel side that caused such deductions, as this had happened before with me.
I have approached Airtel as far up as I can but all in vain. They refused to refund my money back. I want my money.
