Hai,
My Lenovo A7010a48 smart phone not support Jio4G sim two days working normal after that showing Offline, I update system then also showing offline. Phone purchased from K.S.A.
Contacted Jio customer care they saying your phone not supporting here indicating sim is active. Same sim checked with another phone it is working,So what we can do give your replay, WE will get any help from Lenovo service center.
