Sir, the executive(Mr. Gulab pandit) PH-8709478268 in service centre, MAUZA MAKATPUR,POWER HOUSE ROAD,GIRIDIH (Jharkhand) had the opportunity to replace the PCB TWICE due to auto-off issue one was on 13th of October and the other was on 24th of October. But on 13th of October(CHECK CUSTOMER FORM NO.3,AUTOFF ISSUE MENTIONED ) he misguided me by stating the fault in battery and on 24th at around 11.30 pm he compelled me to get the battery connector repaired outside the service center because the connector was not available, in both the occasions he would have changed the pcb but he misguided me with incorrect information i.e BATTREY FAULT, for which i can produce the witness UR OWN SECURITY GUARD AND OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THERE PHONE NUMBER to prove that i m absolutely true in writing .i have already incurred the cost of Rs 2000 for new screen touch, pin and new battery recently ,this happened due to reckless diagnosis of the main fault with (pcb) by the technician . Though they know that it’s there liability they keep on galling me by stating that “as it is opened outside so repair will be done on chargeable basis” the battery connector was repaired on 24th October at around 3pm as it was not made available to the service canter communicated by Mr.gulab pundit and compelled me to get it repaired outside your workshop .how can some one will pay Rs(2000+3600) 5600 as repair cost for the new set worth Rs5000 that too for an ignorant executive’s fault .if its my fault i am ready to pay the cost but fault in not mine so the responsibility lies with the company to get it repaired without any cost .instead of resolving the problem i been taxed and harassed emotionally and financially by lyf infocomm to get the such petty things fixed, this experience with your service center has also resulted me huge wastage of time, energy and resource with complete unsatisfactory resolution till now .i spoke to 5-6 executive so far in various departments and being assured that it will be resolved soon as the complaint has been escalated ,but it is lingering from last 1 month which is terribly anguishing.NOW I AM FELLING COMPLETELY BITRAYED AND CHEATED AND WILL RAISE THE MY GRIEVANCE TO BE ADDRESSED BY HEADOFFICE IN MUMBAI,APPELATE AUTORITY,CONSUMER COURT,MEDIA AND VARIOUS OTHER SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITE.
