My self a reliance customer since last 6years (Mob.no-9903799430)but i got a msg.from your company for upgradation to 4g.For the said issue i visited the local reliance store where they charged me Rs.1+25 rs in total and send a sms to 1299 and said u will get 10gb 4g+1gb 3g+untimited reliance call+150local calls for a month.
My question arises that how a company could cheat a customer like wise
1st the company offered a SIm to a customer which is not being in updated status & i got the 3G data service after 15days of my SIM was being activated.So its a cheap policy of the company to just harrase customers regarding the issue.
2nd after transformation & completing of that 3G data there was a promise & line of attraction by the company that it would offer 10GB 4G data to there customers after transformation but in that respect yesterday I recived a 9gb 3G data to my number & company says that"our policy changed so we provide 3G data in place of 4G"moreover the validity of that data is from 17/07/2016 to 08/08/2016 what the hell is it..can you clarify..& why the company has not just published that they fails to retain the 4G service via relivant media or else.
I need a complete feedback from your end & if its not done i will just go for consumer affairs & TRAI and teach a lesson to reliance.I don't know in 21st century how this nonsense is possible.I have the copy of your add in a banner with me & also the recharge offer which was public-ally there in rcom website still date.If u cant provide service just let me know i shift over to any other service provider who is not a cheater as reliance.

    I was using reliance CDMA data card postpaid connection since April 2016. My data card number is 93872 46714. Before two months message came to me to upgrade to 4g because CDMA service will be stopped and the company assured that my present plan Rs999 40gb will be continued after upgrade as there is no alternate as CDMA is to be closed. So I upgraded to 4g by purchasing new dongle for Rs 800. Now I got a mail stating that I have to compulsory choose another plan which is very Rs 999 for 5gb. This is cheating. I was happy with my old plan but the company compelled to change to 4g as CDMA is stopping. By propagating false promise. Please look into the issue. The customer care official is not giving correct reply. He placed my call on hold for half an hour then terminated it. This was my last complaint...yesterday reliance official called and confirmed me that my plan will remain same. But today rcom site showing my plan changed and my monthly bill came Rs 1600 which was supposed to came Rs 1148. My my plan showing is 900 5gb. This is utter fraudism. Pls ask the company to keep word..or else please terminate my connection.

    I've been using reliance data card for 1yr my plan is 999 40gb.
    Last month reliance people called me and said about the 4g upgrade and asked me to purchase 4g device. I enquired about the plan they said it's the same Tariff only the service is upgrading to 4g.
    And they said if I upgrade I would get 10gb data as early offer.
    After so many calls they convinced me to purchase.
    I trusted and ordered it for 890rs I got the device and 4g sim.
    On 7th Aug 2016 reliance roll out 4g in my area and I got message about this. I was using for about 1 week , then the speed came down, i called the customer care and enquired .
    Then only they are informing me that the Tariff has changed and my plan is 3gb for 700rs.
    And i shouted at them and asked for disconnection.

    When I got the bill for that month I was shocked , they gave me a bill for 3900rs.
    My usage was around 13gb and after that it went to the fup speed.
    I got 10gb offer data +3gb data 13gb
    And they gave me a bill for 3900rs.
    This is totally cheating by reliance . Never buy reliance its full of fraud . No 1 cheating network you'll ever see.


    I didn't get a single call, sms or even mail regarding the Tariff change.
    I bought a device from them for 890rs which not even used for 1 week .
    Do not fool the customers.

    Wrong billing of 4G data card by Rcom by P.V.Subrahmanyam:

    I am using reliance CDMA data card for last 3 years with unlimited 5GB data at monthly rental of about Rs 600/-. Two months back Rcom local customer care people called me (for more than 3 times) and said that 'CDMA services are going to stop and you have been offered to upgrade to 4G without any other cost and any change in my exiting plan'. It also conveyed to me that there is an offer to me to purchase a new 4G data card at a discount rate for a limited period. Since i required net services on regular basis and there is no change in my monthly cost, i agreed for the same and purchased the data card. last month my 4G card was activated and not find any change in my monthly billing. However this month i received a bill for Rs 2298/- saying your monthly plan was modified. I have not received any communication either by e-mail or by phone about this change.From 1st August, my data card speed was reduced to below 200 kbps against my regular speed of 3-4 mbps. When i asked about this, local customer care person told, my 5Gb data was over hence the speed was reduced.This was continued till my next cycle. Now the bill shows that there is an additional charge of Rs 898/- for additional usage beyond 5 Gb and plan was also changed from monthly rental of 599/- to Rs 1100/-. I am not understanding how reliance is doing this kind of wrong practices against there customers.

    I am not going pay this bill till the issue is resolved. here 3 issues are there.

    Issue no 1 : Reliance forced me to take this up gradation (4G) saying my existing services are going to stop and if i upgrade there will be no change in my monthly billing. Now My plan was changed with out any communication.

    Issue no 2: My regular speed of 4G is just 3-5 mbps against the wrong propaganda of upto 50 mbps.

    Issue no 3: Addl. cost has been charged for additional usage of data and the data speed during this time is below 200 kbps. whereas cost is almost my monthly rental.

    I am totally dis-satisfied with this practice of reliance and not interested to continue the services.
