with regard to Mobile 9945129527 . From Airtel that I have received letter on 26th April 2016 asking to pay Rs. 2047 from Dec to April 2016. But please be noted that I have paid Rs. 300 while purchasing / taking SIM in December 2015 plus Rs. 300 has been deducted from ECS account.
So in total Rs. 600 has been paid my from end but this has been not considered while Billing which I was supposed to pay. Therefore requested many of Airtel representatives to set off Rs. 600/- is paid to Airtel.
In spite of my repeated requests Rs. 600/- was not adjusted sent the correct bill to me and from March 2016 my connection is suspended till date without my default and Airtel go on adding late fees and monthly rental when my connection is suspended and services are not provided to me.
In addition to all the above I don’t have connection from March 2016 then why should pay for March 2016, April 2016.
I am using Airtel services from 2005 but without my fault Airtel have suspended my connection sending letter to pay bill which is not correct. I have suffered lot without this mobile number
Hence request to waive the bill .
Without my fault my connection is suspended and I am asked to pay bill which is not correct and threatened take to take legal action me if say that Rs. 600 needs to set off which is paid to Airtel.
Bill is due because it is not correct and not considered the paid amounts, in addition included fees for the months when the service is in suspended.
So it is not right from Airtel end to threaten to take legal action against me without ratifying its mistakes it has committed to me.
If Airtel ratify the errors in the billing then ready to continue Airtel to services
