i have purchased LG K10 mobile for which battery is not available in the market. So i inquired with company and they informed battery is out of stock and will not be available. and hence i raise the issue about my mobile being useless without battery. Then i wrote lot of emails to company and company finally agreed to take my mobile back giving 30% value of the phone as refund which i agreed. But now at the time of giving refund company has played smartly and asked for original box of the mobile phone, original charger etc.... i informed them i do not have box of mobile and even the charger. Earlier company has asked for original bill and cancelled cheque and identity proof only but now to harrase me they have find out new ways. but now i do not want to settle at 30% value as i have to buy new mobile which cost me 22000/- and i want company should give me full refund of my mobile value and also extra cost for mental harrasement.
