Documents not given on time and car is on road with out INSURANCE and risk of our life

I have purchase 2nd hand Maruti Suzuki car WaganR from True Value, MIDC Andheri East, on 20th November, 2015.by transferring Rs. 345,000.00

While purchasing car they gave us writing that all documents will be given within 60 days from the date of purchase, and car documents matters are clear

Yesterday on 19th March, the True Value person Mr. Vinod Chavan and Mr. Sunil, called and inform that documents are not ready and they are helpless to proceed the same, as almost 120 days still documents is not ready and car Insurance is expired, now to make new Insurance car still not transfer from old owner to new owner i.e. on my name, so now car is on road without any Insurance...

I was giving proper reminder to Mr. Vinod about documents, but every time the answer was "you will get documents by post in 20 days" till date the "20 days" not complete/finish


The inside story is that while selling the car the documents of old owner was still with bank and they hide the same from us now problem comes they try to make us explaining the story that RTO and agent took long time bla bla...

The True Value belongs to Sai Service but their customer care don't know the showroom address as well not mentioned on their website very strange....

Also when I purchase the car very 2nd day car need to send service center as having serious engine problem.... so where is their quality product guarantee ?

When after month car send to their service center for first free service, after service the concern person was forcing us to give 10 out of 10 points, and when we explain the matter gone to arguments as they were afraid from senior that they will put remark in their personal record etc...

I feel that I made a mistake by purchasing the car from TRUE VALUE, as I don't want to take risk of my life by driving car without insurance as well proper documents..
I am returning car to them by tomorrow from where I purchase the car..True Value show room which is not registered on their system....

Very bad and life cost experience we are facing
