For booking made on Aug 15,2018 for travel date Aug 16,2018, Starting from Ernakulam Town to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus.
The train reached to Ernakulam Station at 0500 and didn't move an inch till 10.30, and no one-TTE or Station Master provided information whether train would go forward or not. Later the train started at 10.30 and crossed two station but finally at Aluva it was declared that train would not go further.
IRCTC automatically applied TDR for me, without me doing it manually and now they are claiming that my TDR has been rejected because i did not file it within permitted time limit.
