Regarding fake Certificate to Pancard Club Ltd

I have paid Rs. 10920/- to pancard clubs Ltd by cheque in the month of 25 Jun 2014. As assured by the representatives of the company, Till date I have not got any certificate from the company for the same. Further the company representatives are not coming on the phone. So I have been cheated.
