Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to convey my grievance regarding the Internet Problems that i've been facing since the last 5-6 months. I'm using You broadband services since 3 years and I'm regular online on Steam client server and had no issues regarding the speed problem. It was only when I changed my house, it started cropping up speed issues. I had opted for 6 mbps connection and on steam, the ping was 60-70 ms and three laptops were in connection. I have been given continuous complaint but they are list bothered. I then opted for 50 mbps connection but the speed issue was't solved and there arose a new problem of speed fluctuations. The Ping fluctuates to 13k-15k ms.
I visited the Adajan office almost 4 times but all they do is to blame each other.
On top of that modem of 50 mbps connection was given to me almost after a month after making complete payment. That credit period is also not been given by You.
Would like to request you to please look into the matter.
