Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Jio Service Provider regarding the unsatisfactory service I have received. The details of the complaint are as follows:
I have been facing ongoing issues with my internet connectivity, and despite several communications with the Jio team, the problems remain unresolved. The latest incident occurred on [3rd of August] when I contacted Jio regarding an engineer visit, which was promised for the following day.
In my last communication with the Jio team, sent on [3rd 9f August], I expressed my frustration and disappointment with their lack of timely assistance and mentioned that if the engineer fails to arrive on [4th August, 5th August], I would be compelled to terminate our contract and seek services elsewhere. Unfortunately, the engineer visit did not take place as promised, and the issues with my internet connection persist.
I have experienced significant inconvenience due to the delayed resolutions, and this further delay is unacceptable. I expect the service provider to fulfill their commitment and ensure that the engineer is present at the designated time to address the issues properly.
I have attached copies of my previous correspondences with the Jio team for your reference.
I kindly request the Consumer Court's intervention in resolving this matter promptly. I believe I am entitled to timely and reliable services as a paying customer, and I should not be subjected to such continuous inconvenience.
I hereby request the Consumer Court to take necessary actions against the Jio Service Provider and ensure that my grievances are addressed appropriately.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am hopeful that the Consumer Court will help in providing a resolution to this ongoing problem.
