No connection after close to a month

I had requested for a new connection at Medavakkam close a month ago and paid a month's rental and installation charges in advance. I was promised by their executive - Sridhar - that the installation would be completed in a week.

It has been a month now and I'm calling the customer care every day for an update. Every time they manage to come up with a different reason for the delay and promise that it will done in a day or two. I'm really fed up with them now.

Any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
