    airtel cut my balance but I have not used a full pack in my account by beant singh:

    Airtel is deduct my balance for internet but I have not used full 3g pack I have 10 mb in my account.. when I contact the customer care they said if ur download a big file nd data is less the balance is cut from ur account.. what is this if I click to download on a big file then how can they decided I have consumes full internet pack without I not consumes full mb.. I.paused download after my full pack.is used.. but how they decide it first... fraud I want to go to consumer court.. they can fraud many people daily with this trick.
