My airtel broadband dataplan is for 80GB with 16MBps speed. We have taken the connection in the month of June 2015, when the data plan was for only 30 GB. During that time by default every 7th day is the billing cycle they used to send us that we have exhausted the data . So we changed the plan to 80GB. After 3-4 months of comfortable services .. Again since Jan 2016 cycle.. They have started alerting and now within 1st 10 days my data is getting over which is 80 GB. How can that be possible. There is no way they provide the usage details. Heights was no one was there at home last week. I received alert of 65 GB data usage on 10th of March and on 18th of March we exhausted rest 15 GB.. Whereas no one was there at home. We were out on vacation from 11th and came back on 18th March. Are ghosts using broadband now?? Never till date did we get a speed which is above 5 Mbps till date. Please help.. We are paying for the services as per the package mentioned. airtel is a thief.

I have got Airtel 4G done with 4 gb monthly dta plan.In 1 night itself I got warning message of 50% data already used! 2 GB
data went up in smoke in just one night!!! I had only 2 devices connected & no
auto update was working. I kept the usage in check, however by evening it
reached 90% & next day all 4 GB gone!!! My 1 month quota just in 1 day. Airtel did not respond to my mails even after several reminders. My request for cancellation & refund as I have paid 4 months charges in advance is also not being entertained.
