Dear Team,
Myself Sagar Gupta registering this complaint regarding Internet not working from last more than 15 days.
We call the airlinkcpl a lot but every time they are telling us it will be resolved within 2 days but there is no response from the technical team.
We registered complain more than 50 to 80 times on their customer care number.
But lastly I want your help to resolve this problem because they are making us fool. They don't know how to do customer service.
But at last I decided that I don't want this internet service provider I want my amount back which I had paid them amount Rupees 6250.
Please take strict action regarding this complain because I am the only one but there are many customers who are facing the same problem I think they are only taking money from us and not giving services to any customer.
It's a fraudulent act done by them.
you are the only hope for me because it's a customer complaint service who will give me justice.
