9 STEPS HOW TIKONA VANDALIZES YOUR LIFE

3 corners of disaster. Worst speed ever. Most pathetic customer service ever (if there was a more derogatory adjective). And failed intra-organizational sync. One can easily assume that these guys are like gundas who thrive on the opportunities they intend to create around a customer where they could get into the blackmailing mode. Stages that you will go through:
1. TIKONA as one of the scanty options that you can avail in your area on immediate basis, exists because that's only the reason you think of giving them a try. Take that point there TIKONA. You are pro at installing the poor speed connection. (beware customer - there are hidden agendas that you later will get aware of)
2. Immediately after the installation you complain of the speed and the labour (unskilled to the core; I mean even the waste in dustbin does what its meant to do i.e. stink, but not them) will show he is trying to mend the problem but fails to deliver with a stupid smile on the face. That's exactly when you know you are in a trap and think of anyhow surviving for a month.
3. Then comes a tiringly frustrating span where you just wish you better had opted for the other connection you had in mind. Some people do go ahead with this idea even with TIKONA lying there like a sloth in the corner and the customer service not taking up your call. You hold on to the call waiting for someone to respond listening to a never ending irritating tune playing at the other end.
4. Coming to the customer service next. Here you feel as if calling them was the worst mistake of your life (even if you ever have dared to jump in a bull fight; drunk). They are arrogant as hell. They are rude inside out. And will not be able to help you at all. Bad!
5. Moving next, you ask the customer care (after endless efforts) for submitting the connection and they try to negotiate with all they have got. You never wonder when a terror striker turns saint! So you are determined and they have no choice but to agree. Peace? No. Because they don't. You have no idea but the connection is on.
6. You know that your TIKONA connection is still on when the next bill arrives. You call them up. Ask them about the error. They ask you to ignore and you take a complaint number (if you are clever enough to judge them by now) and go back to normal life.
7. Meanwhile you try to submit the modem but the guy who installed it never appears. This guy will tell you not to worry, but you should. Coz this later becomes a reason you could be in a legal soup. "You haven't submitted your modem Sir" is what the customer care rep will argue on your next call. Only you know you tried. Bad again!
8. After bills every month and calls every fortnight there is a ring saying that you had to submit such and such amount for such and such penalties failing to which you are now in legal battle and have to appear at whatever court. What? The last place you want to be is in a court. May be not for this problem but simply so that you don't attack that lawyer (TIKONA face; the face of all your nightmares and frustrations and hatred and.... whatever), in front of the judge.
9. If you attack the lawyer your life is over. If you don't its stays hell with TIKONA. May be you give up on hope and accept the penalties and keep sulking forever. May be you are a fighter and dedicate your entire life (while the case goes on, knowing our legal system) against this corrupt organization. One thing for sure is that you are royally screwed.
The unfortunate consumers just have one question from Mr. Prakash Bajpai (Founder, MD & CEO) of TIKONA. Was this your business model? Creating circumstances as such and earning from the legal settlements rather than providing an awesome connection and earning goodwill along with monetary benefits?
Dear Mr. Bajpai, this is not just one consumer's complaint. Its the voice of all TIKONA affected souls. If that concerns you at all!
