Old AC has been sold to us with many complaints saying as new Ac.

We rented to a house in navalur on dec2019. Previously a family has been rented in the home where we rented now. They had an ac and they said planning to sale this ac to you. This ac we bought an year before only like that thy said. Also when we try to see he just shown only working condition. He is not allowing us to check properly.Also he said as new model. he hurried as he going to vacate. In that hurry bury we too paid him and after that when we check ac we found that it is 2010 model. Swing also got broken Then water has been leaked in few days. When i tried to call him he said he ll give back some money. But yet no response from him. I have his voice recording and in Google pay i have paid him money. Please help us. WE ARE CHEATED BY HIM.
