Respected Sir,
My name is Praveen Prakash Patel S/O Shrinath Singh, Address- Word No.14 , Hydil Colony, Robertsganj, Sonbhadra. I had ordered a phone (Redmi Note 4) from Shopaaz.com(Shopping site). After one week later I had received a message by the Shopaaz.com that my order is cancelled due to unavailability of product and you will receive your refund money within seven days. But I have not received my refund money till today. I had already registered a complaint regarding it in online consumer forum. Company has closed there contact number and Email ID and cheated public at large. Sir I request you to Please take a action against this company. My order number are 101471 & 101568.
