I purchased laptop protection plan for my apple mac book air on 6 nov 2016.
i mailed many time my laptop 4 pic,invoice and govt id proof on adld@oneassist.in but till now my plan i not active and when i call customer care they always said that some connectivity problem call after some time they said send laptop pic on adld@oneassist.in after some day they block my no. i am not able to call from that number don't know why you are doing this thing.


note - i mailed many time my laptop pic,invoice pic and govt. id proof even on your plan my laptop value is wrong i mailed you many time. no action from your side but i got call from sales dept. when i tell me problem they said that they are from sales dept.

you are cheating customer if you are not reply i will register complaint and move to consumer court.
