I have registered my account on social trade by paying an amount of rupees 57500 Rupees on 25th JAN 2017.I have asked for the refund on 31.01.2017 and according to company policy on website, anyone can claim full refund with in 10 days of joining.

1 full week has gone and nobody has replied on my mail and query that i have posted on their website.

They dont pick the phone number given on their website.

My social trade ID is 62357746

    I want to lodge a complaint against the company named Social Trade working under aegis of M/s. Ablaze Info Solution Pvt.Ltd, having it registered office in F-472, Sector 63 Noida, UP. The company through its website claimed to provide promotional income by clicking the advertisement on its portal. For this the company charged an amount for 11 month membership under different plans. I have made three investments under Rs. 57,500 plan and one in Rs. 5750/- plan, with the company during the month NOV-DEC 2016. However the company is not making any payment from January 2017 onwards. The company has doped me in name of promoting my business and in generating revenue by clicking “likes” on their webpage. The details of my investments with the company are as below

    All payments have been made from my HDFC BANK, SECTOR-1 Vaishali, Current A/C NO-04222000004195 IFSC Code No HDFC000042 A/C Holder- MONIKA GOVIL. Now on contacting the company they are neither giving any satisfactory reply nor refunding my money. I feel cheated.
    I request you to take action in the matter and help me in refunding my money.

    I joined the social trade on january 23,2017. Under the plan of RS 57500 and my id is 62374843.But the company had been closed after 1 week.So i want to back my money.

    Dear Sir,
    With due respect I beg to state that I have invested money in the Social Trade/ABLAZE INFO SOLUTION company plans as per below Table 1. I started to get some money as shown in Table 2. In the start of the January 2017 the payment was stopped in lieu of the audit of accounts with the banks. After that the message was popup in the site that the Bank in which the account of Ablaze Info solution was not cooperating. Then the message was flashed on the social trade website that they have opened a new account with the Canara Bank and all the financial activities will be via Canara Bank. After that a new message was flashed on the website that they transfer our all online activities to a new website FRENZUP.COM. Suddenly I got the information about the arrest of Abhinav Mittal the Chairman of the company. After two-three days both the websites Social Trade and Frenzzup were blocked. We went to the office of the company at Noida several times but there was nobody to listen our plea.
